Description
Tomcat’s annual Hoist and Rigging Workshop (held at its US world HQ in Midland, Texas) is recognised worldwide as the most comprehensive training course of its kind. This is a unique learning opportunity for those new to the entertainment industry as well as veterans of the business. Through four days of hands-on workshops and lectures by industry professionals, participants will receive introduction on hoist motor design, use, troubleshooting and maintenance, safe rigging practices and principles, fall protection, as well as truss design, use and theory.
The 2008 Workshop dates are February 20-23 and June 4-7. The Workshop provides approved training for ETCP renewal credits.
