Course Description:
This contemporary and challenging course encourages new ways of thinking about theatre while developing practical awareness of the skills, techniques and styles necessary to make creative live performance. We model much of our work practice on the professional theatre company and students learn to value the creative ideas and practitioner knowledge realised through the individual and group practice and research. At the heart of our work is the belief that theory and practice are always interdependent. We aim to promote intellectual, artistic and personal growth through a dynamic engagement with the subject.
