Course Description:
This MA programme provides students with the opportunity to develop and consolidate their skills as practitioner-scholars in a range of emergent performance disciplines. It is designed to enable students to specialise in one or more of the following: site-specific performance; live art practice/performance installation; collaborative and interdisciplinary theatre and performance practice. Creative practice is extended and focused in an environment that is both supportive and challenging. Theatre and Performance teaching staff will facilitate the evolution of effective individual practice and/or a body of work in each student’s chosen specialist area. Students will be equipped with the skills to articulate, document, analyse and critically reflect upon their practice.
