Course Description:
Our main Stage Management course provides a broad-based training, combining theatre production skills with television and radio drama experience. The initial two term foundation in theatre production is common to both three and two year course students. BA students then widen their training experience by being involved in theatre productions and television and radio drama recordings during the next four terms. For the final three terms students specialise more on specific areas of work to provide them with the appropriate set of production skills to embark on their chosen career.
A placement with a professional organisation is an integral part of this final year enabling students to match their career aspirations to the practical reality of a professional environment. We measure the success of our courses by the excellent employment record of our past students.
